Joe’s food can help you lose weight

Must read

Trader Joe’s is like the goal of a supermarket: you stop to eat almond powder and leave more hot cocoa than ever before in your kitchen.
But that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
“As a weight loss expert, I love Trader Joe’s,” said Dr. Melina b. Jampolis, a certified physician, nutrition expert and author of the Slim Down, who opened the aisle for himself at TJ’s. At least once a week.

Jampolis said: “it has a lot of prepackaged, prepared and fresh food, which is easy, affordable, delicious and in many cases very healthy. She is the lover of Joe, a trader who has spent the past 15 years sharing the TJ’s shopping list with her slimming patients. “This is their favorite and most useful handout, I give them, or they tell me!” She said.
Eggplant hummus.

The hummus contains less than half the calories of ordinary materials -35 and 80 two tablespoons – because it contains eggplant, and the low calorie adds a rich flavor. Jampolis says it also contains chickpeas, a good source of fiber, protein, manganese and folic acid – especially important for women of childbearing age. Sesame paste, made from sesame, also contains copper, calcium and magnesium, which help control blood sugar. She recommends immersing raw vegetables in a 1/3 cup of hummus as an innocent appetizer or as a Turkey sandwich.

Walnut squash
Jampolis says: “winter squash is one of the most amazing vegetables to cook with spices, and it can also give you a big boost in weight loss. This pre-cut version will make it easy to avoid cooking with your vitamin repair. In three-fourths of the cups, you can get 2 grams of filled fiber, just 45 calories, plus 35 percent of the daily vitamin A requirement of 210% and vitamin C.Jampolis recommends using olive oil and cumin (for belly fat), cinnamon (for controlling blood sugar), chili (for boosting metabolism), and flavoring with salt and pepper. Place it on a baking sheet, bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees, and then top with a handful of chopped parsley. She says hats can help promote healthy digestion.
Prepare Slaw for broccoli and white chicken with collard greens.

“It’s my favorite instant lunch salad, and the healthiest one,” Jampolis said. Because this delicious meal packs 17 grams of hunger protein and 4 grams of satisfying fiber, it can provide food for the good bacteria in the gut, which can help you achieve your weight loss goals. Jampolis says sunflower seeds are a good source of monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats – studies have shown that replacing carbohydrates with monounsaturated fats can help you fight belly fat. In addition, broccoli and kale are loaded with vitamin C, A and K.
Note that the amount of heat in the dressings is almost identical to the rest of the salad, so Jampolis keeps it on one side and reduces its use every time it bites a fork. If you want to lose weight, she recommends limiting yourself to a tablespoon of cranberries (or completely ignoring it).

Latin style black bean soup.
In a cup of black bean soup, it takes 70 grams of calories to get 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber, while a cup of cooked beans can get 227 calories. In an appetite study, those who started eating with a low-calorie soup ended up eating 20 percent of their calories, thanks to the way the soup was filled with stomach. Black beans are also an important source of antioxidants, iron, magnesium and folic acid, Jampolis says.

For a light lunch, sprinkle a little cayenne on two soups and add 1/4 of avocado. She says she USES a Greek yogurt dessert to complete a dose of protein. Note that this soup is a bit high in sodium (520 mg per cup), so if you have two, limit the total number of other packaged foods to about 2400 mg.

Plain white canned longfin tuna.
She said, a whole jar of four ounces of tuna can packing 120 calories, but it contains 26 grams of complete protein, this can help you to keep the satisfaction of a few hours, and you lose fat at the same time protect the muscle loss.
